Truly Ipoh Salted Chicken

I've been waited for a long time for a truly salted chicken taste (especially Ipoh Mali) and finally it arrived to my door step at Johor Jaya. The essence of the taste is fantastic with sea salt aroma and the meat not too dry but it's juicy! Exactly the taste I love!!!

The Mouth Restaurant is unique and not like those salted chicken Restaurant at Ipoh for e.g. a regular brand "Aun Kheng Lim" which they are solely selling salted chicken but they are selling few others exotic dishes and dessert.

The dessert which I like most is "Sea Bird Nest". Ouch! it's taste restorative and as a remedial food. It is actually some kind of seaweed species and its vision and taste slightly like bird nest, so local people in Sabah call it "Sea Bird Nest". The benefit which refer to the owner, its not only a restorative food but it's high in calcium and protein.
